About Eva

I have always been interested in healing.

I have therapeutically assisted many global individuals and groups with individual, ancestral, and collective healing as an assistant, mentor and teacher with the Thomas Hübl Academy of Inner Science . I also teach leaders to facilitate transparent communication groups . I have facilitated groups and provided teaching for the Pocket Project a global non-profit on studies in the collective trauma integration process and the Collective Healing Journey Masterclass. I also facilitated Reflection and Silent Meditation for the United Nations Conference on climate change COP26.

For the past 30 years I have deepened my knowledge and practice of meditation, somatic therapies (including certification in the Hakomi method), and the emerging field of trauma informed therapies.

My earlier years in healthcare taught me a lot about trauma. I also taught integrative nursing for undergraduate and graduate students and facilitated wellness groups for individuals and families facing cancer and cardiac dis-ease. I facilitate corporate groups for reducing stress in employees and teach mindfulness meditation and qi gong.

More about me. I have always been interested in healing.

For the past decade I have deeply immersed in studies and practices with Thomas Hübl Academy of Inner Science. I have assisted many individuals from many different countries utilizing the deep presence and guiding knowledge I have acquired. I also teach leaders to facilitate groups where the principles of transparent communication are practiced. These principles create transformative inner and outer spaces where healing can happen. My interest in individual trauma healing has expanded to include ancestral and collective healing. I have worked with the Pocket Project a global non-profit on studies in the collective trauma integration process as well as the Collective Healing Journey Masterclass.

I deepened my knowledge and practice of meditation and somatic practices and entered deeply into the emerging knowledge around the field of PTSD in the 1980s.

Certification in the Hakomi method as well as studies with experts in developmental and other forms of trauma underpin my work today. Hakomi draws from deep understanding of mindfulness, child development and body centered systems. Sensorimotor therapy added knowledge of working with the wisdom of the body when fragmentation from trauma PTSD has occurred. Current findings in neurobiology significantly furthered my ability to help those suffering from trauma to heal and integrate thus living a more whole, fluid and free life. Pioneers such as Dan Siegel, Bessel van der Kolk, Steven Porges, Diane Poole Heller (attachment trauma) and others have guided my expertise in working with clients towards wellness.

My early years in healthcare and particularly intensive care areas for infants, children, and adults taught me a lot about trauma. I taught integrative nursing for undergraduate and graduate students. I facilitated wellness groups for individuals and families facing cancer and cardiac dis-ease. I facilitate corporate groups for reducing stress in employees and teach mindfulness meditation and qi gong.
