Payment Policy
- Payment for services (or co-pay for in network plans) is due at the time of the appointment.
- 24 hours notice for cancellations is required except for unusual circumstances. Sessions missed with less than 24 hours notice (except for emergencies) will be billed at the full session rate.
- You may cancel appointments by leaving a voicemail at 831-236-7110
- Phone consultations for yourself or another professional, reports, and letters are billed at the session rate and may be prorated for time spent.
- There is a $15 charge for each returned check.
- Payments not made at the time of appointment will be assessed a $15 additional charge.
- Reduced fees are available on a limited basis. Please contact me to discuss.
- You may pay by credit card using secure PayPal prior to the appointment. You may do this as a PayPal guest if you do not have an account. To pay by credit card, just go to the Make a Payment link and you will be directed to the secure PayPal website.
