This class is held on the second and fourth Mondays of the month. Come and join us as we take action to create heath in our lives. Open to anyone who wishes to create a healthier lifestyle addressing exercise, nutrition, thought and emotional patterns.

Qi Gong: Gentle Movement for WellnessQi-Gong is a proven Chinese system of slow mindful movement ending in a short sitting meditation to calm and balance the body and mind.
This program is open to anyone who wishes to reduce stress and fatigue and to improve energy and well being. Standing, gentle movement, and sitting are part of this program.
Beginning participants: 1:30 - 2:45 pm
Continuing participants: 3:00 - 4:15 pm
