Awareness is increased in your body, mind, and emotions. This awareness is key to transforming your life and achieving greater balance, choice, and participation.
Mindfulness Therapy…
In a very safe and healing relationship, you are assisted in discovering your core beliefs and limiting patterns. Our lives are constricted by these beliefs and patterns. They shape our lives, relationships, and self images. The relationship is key to transforming the past patterns
You will be assisted to discover your verbal and non-verbal signals which lead to your core beliefs.
Once discovered and made conscious, your core beliefs can be transformed.
New dimensions of awareness can be integrated, helping you to build a more satisfying and effective life.
Mindfulness Therapy is not psychotherapy or medical care. It can enhance these modalities. It is a way to develop mindfulness and to work with your patterns so that they can be changed.

The cost for each one hour private session is $80.
Location...
Sessions and groups are held at 183 Sargent Court Rear Cottage.
From Highway 1 South- exit at Monterey Peninsula. Stay on Fremont for 4 stoplights. Turn left on Webster Street (4th stoplight). Immediately turn left onto Cass Street. Turn left at first street, Sargent Court. The cottage is behind the second building on your right (Lipscomb Realty). Street parking available.
From Highway 1 North- exit at Soledad Street. Turn right on Munras Rd. Turn left at El Dorado St. ( 3rd stoplight). Turn right on Cass St. (1st stop sign). Turn right on Sargent Court (1st right). The cottage is behind the second building on your right (Lipscomb Realty). Street parking available.
Mindfulness 2 Groups...
Mindfulness 2 is for people who wish to deepen the practice of mindfulness and want assistance in working through their patterns in a small group setting. Usually participants have: some mindfulness therapy, some background in meditation, or have completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
Day and evening groups are available. The cost is approximately $200 for a series of 6 sessions.
